The "BONITO" is a 33ft(10mtr) Cygnus Cyfish GRP Hull, purpose built for Sea Angling.
The Cyfish hull is famous for it's sea-keeping capabilities and it's stability. Unlike
a lot of other boat designs, the hull is very stable on the drift and "rolling" is kept
to a minimum. This makes the "BONITO" a very stable platform to fish from.
There is sufficient deck space for up to 10 Anglers and the walk around wheelhouse
provides seating for 4 - 5 Anglers. There is sheltered seating outside the wheelhouse
for those who prefer "fresh-air" whilst steaming.
Recommended group sizes are 8 for general fishing and 6 for Shark or Tuna.

* The gear used for Bluefin Tuna is exceptionally expensive. Our boat is equipped with Penn International 130lb Trolling Rods en Two Speed Reels, Specially designed Fighting Chair and Heavy Duty Outriggers. We also carry a wide selection of Spreader Bars. Please realize that all this equipment is very expensive to maintain and replace and that a spreader bar nearly always needs to be rebuild after every strike or hook up. As we are trolling for these fish we are using sunstantially more diesel on a Tuna day than any other day. Please also keep in mind that seeing Bluefin Tuna busting at the surface of the Atlantic is a mindblowing and hartstopping experience, you will remember that day for the rest of your live... and then there is the fighting chair, just you and anything between 200 and 1000+lb...
